William A. Whittle

Founder of The Whittle Law Firm, PLLC, William A. Whittle is an attorney with over three decades of transactional and litigation experience. Mr. Whittle focuses his practice on real estate, business law, credit repair matters, and business and debtor-related bankruptcy matters. He obtained his undergraduate degrees from Del Mar College and North Texas State University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in 1967. After college, Mr. Whittle attended the University of Texas at Austin, where he received his Juris Doctor degree in 1970.
Mr. Whittle has held several distinguished positions in the Southern Texas community. He has served as Chairman of the Nueces County Mental Health-Mental Retardation Community Center, as Director of the Texas Commerce Bank in Corpus Christi, and as a member of the governing council of the American Bar Association (Real Estate, Probate, and Trust Law Section). Mr. Whittle has served as Regent of the Corpus Christi Junior College District (Del Mar College), and is a member of the Fraternal Order of Barristers, the American Judicature Society, the American Bar Association, the Texas Bar Association, and the Corpus Christi Bar Association.
Mr. Whittle is admitted to practice law in all state courts of Texas (1970), in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Western, and Southern Districts of Texas, and the U.S. Tax Court.
